David Yeley is a certified member of AST&L and a long time national Board member as well as a past AST&L national President and Board Chairman. He co-authored a history of the American Society of Traffic and Transportation (AST&T), the predecessor name to AST&L with past AST&T President and Board member, Dr. L.L. Waters a AST&L founder member. He is a past and current Indiana Chapter AST&L President and continues as a national Board member.
