Transportation & Logistics Society UNF Summit 2014 "LNG in JAX - Riding the Wave of the Future"
January 31, 2014 | Jacksonville, FL

The UNF Transportation and Logistics Society will host its inaugural TLS Summit titled "LNG in JAX - Riding the Wave of the Future." The summit will include an overview of liquified natural gas and its importance to the future of the region, the development of infrastructure to support the industry, and the potential economic benefit for the region. Experts from RS&H, Crowley, Sea Star Line, Horizon Lines, Jaxport, the Jacksonville Chamber, adn the Coast Guard will join in the discussion. George Gabel from Holland and Knight will be the moderator. The event is free for students. A $20 donation is suggested for the business community. As an added bonus, the event will satisfy 3 hours towards ASTL CTL re-certification.
